By using Distill you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Distill is an AI-powered content extraction tool. You submit URLs or content and receive AI-generated outputs including transcripts, summaries, blog posts, and social media content.

The service is provided for informational and productivity purposes. AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before publishing.

Free accounts receive 150 credits per week, resetting every Monday. Pro accounts receive 3,000 credits per week.

Credits are consumed when you use tools. Unused credits do not roll over to the following week.

We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use Distill to process content you do not have the right to use, to generate spam or misleading content, or to circumvent copyright protections.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated outputs complies with applicable laws and platform terms.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Account page.

Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual plans within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are not refundable.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

AI-generated outputs produced using your submitted content belong to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the input content.

The Distill name, logo, and platform code are our intellectual property.

Distill is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
